This Privacy Policy explains how Deeply collects and uses information when you use the Deeply app. We use international, purpose-limited practices and do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or tracking.

1. Sign-in and Account

Sign-in methods supported in the app:

• Email OTP
• Sign in with Apple
• Google Sign-In

We use Supabase for identity authentication and user data storage.

We collect Email and User ID only for account identification and sign-in.

2. User Content (Important)

Content you enter in the app (for example, chat messages):

• is sent to third-party AI service providers solely to generate replies requested by the user;
• is stored on our servers (for example, Vercel / KV / Database).

We store this content only for:

• Recent conversations
• History
• Cross-device sync

We do not use your content for advertising, profiling, or tracking.

3. Third-Party Services

• Supabase (authentication, database)
• AI service providers (processing user input to generate replies)

4. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect or access:

• Precise location
• Contacts
• Photo library, camera, or microphone

5. Tracking

The app does not perform tracking. We do not use data for advertising, and we do not share data with third-party advertising networks.

6. Data Deletion

• You can delete conversation content in the app.
• You can request deletion of your account and related data by contacting support@deeply.plus.
